CONTENT WARNING: Domestic violence takes many forms, and in my case, it takes the form of emotional and mental abuse. When CPS showed up at my home, I discovered my spouse had been physically abusing my children for an indeterminate amount of time.

My name is Tiffany, and I'm the co-owner of The Relationship Recovery. We help individuals who are in or have escaped abusive relationships with the resources and tools needed to heal from trauma, find their authentic self, and move forward to a better life. 

8 years ago, I started working at the new nonprofit, Fight Against Domestic Violence. In truth, I was naive and ignorant when it came to domestic violence in Utah.
